We are seeking a Product Quality Coordinator who is highly organized and has a passion for streamlining processes and producing content. This person will oversee and ensure top quality of our customer-facing digital products and content by focusing on customer experience and functionality.

The Product Quality Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established standards set by the company. The Product Quality Coordinator is responsible for effectively managing the Product Team and running a Quality Assurance process over every new product as well as continually evaluating existing products.

Your Responsibilities

  • Use discretion and judgment to lead project planning, coordination and fulfillment to execute on-time delivery.

  • Utilize structured project management systems for planning, monitoring, tracking and managing deliverables.

  • Drive projects to successful completion by developing assignments, timetables and responsibilities for team members.

  • Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.

  • Ensure that the customer facing product is of the highest quality.

  • Evaluate and improve the quality of products and services within the organization on a regular basis.

  • Lead the production of content such as "how to" articles and videos.

  • Monitor digital environments to remain informed on updates needed to products.
